【摘要】 目的 观察慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术治疗的疗效。研究提高鼻内镜手术疗效的注意点。方法 对224例(304侧)慢性鼻窦炎患者行内镜手术，术后随访观察6个月以上。结果 治愈144例占64.3%，有效69例占30.8%，无效11例占4.9%，总有效率95.1%。主要并发症是术中出血、术后鼻腔粘连。结论 鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗鼻窦炎具有良好的疗效。手术的熟练程度、病灶的清除、中鼻甲的正确处理、术后加强术腔清洁管理是防止手术并发症和提高疗效的关键。

    Clinical observation on endoscopic surgery in chronic nasal sinusitis

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe and improve the effect of endoscopic surgery(ESS)in nasal sinusitis.Methˉods 224cases of chronic sinusitis were treated by ESS，and follow-up surveyed for6mouths postaperatively.Results It was found that144cases(64.3%)were cured，69cases(30.8%)got improved but11cases(4.9%)failed，and the effective rate was95.1%.The main complications were intraoperatine bleeding and postoperative adhesion of nasal cavity.Conclusion The curative effect of ESS was successful.It is effective to clear the ill tissue and treat middle turbinate correctly ......
