【摘要】 目的 比较椎间盘镜(MED)下双侧扩大开窗减压与全椎板切除的疗效。方法 将腰椎管狭窄症患者分成两组，治疗组在椎间盘镜下行双侧扩大开窗减压30例，对照组24例采用全椎板切除。结果 两组疗效差异无显著性，χ 2 检验，P>0.05。结论 两组疗效一致，MED具有创伤小、脊柱稳定性好等优点。
