【摘要】 目的 研究妊高征眼底血管与年龄的关系。方法 收集326例妊高征病例，按年龄分组，对眼底血管状况、发病率、严重程度几方面进行观察对比。结果 发现随着年龄增长妊高征发病率上升;解痉状态下眼底动脉管径变细比例亦随年龄增长而升高，即妊高征发病率及眼底动脉改变均与妊娠年龄有关，差异有显著性。结论 育龄妇女的最佳生育年龄应该在24岁以下。年青孕妇与大龄孕妇妊高征的发病机制可能不同。
