【摘要】 目的 探讨P-gp和GST-π在肝细胞癌中表达与临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术，检测86例肝细胞癌中P-gp和GST-π多药耐药的表达。结果 86例肝细胞癌中P-gp和GST-π表达的阳性标记与肝细胞癌临床化疗有相关性。结论 P-gp和GST-π联合表达与肝细胞癌化疗密切相关，检测P-gp和GST-π对肝细胞癌化疗方案的制定具有重要的意义。关键词 肝细胞癌 P-gp GST-π 关系
