【摘要】 目的 研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达与肺癌的预后相关性。方法 应用SP免疫组化方法研究VEGF在45例肺癌患者组织中的表达。结果 VEGF在肺癌组织表达的阳性率68.9%，明显高于癌旁正常组织，VEGF表达与肺癌的淋巴结转移、复发有关:其中N 1 、N 2 (+)组VEGF阳性率分别为70%、86%，高于N 0 组的51.3%(P<0.05)，VEGF阳性表达率在肺癌复发组(84%)高于无复发组(56.1%)，P<0.05。结论 VEGF是促进肺癌组织血管生成的重要因素，是预测肺癌患者预后的重要指标。
