【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻息肉在鼻腔中的好发部位及其对慢性鼻窦炎的影响。方法 在行内镜鼻窦手术中观察了343例(575侧)鼻息肉的发生部位。结果 鼻息肉多发部位及其发生率为:中鼻甲65.0%，钩突57.0%，筛泡23.7%，上颌窦口11.7%，鼻中隔5.4%，蝶筛隐窝2.6%。结论 鼻息肉大多发生于窦口鼻道复合体，影响了鼻窦正常的引流和通气，是造成慢性鼻窦炎的主要原因之一。
