深低温冻存对软骨细胞MHC类抗原性的影响

     【摘要】 目的 探讨深低温冻存对软骨细胞抗原性的影响。方法 采用细胞培养技术和流式细胞仪技术研究深低温冻存对新西兰兔关节软骨细胞主要组织相容性抗原(MHC类抗原)表达的影响。结果 正常培养的兔关节软骨细胞MHC类抗原表达的阳性率与深低温冻存1个月、2个月及3个月的兔关节软骨细胞在复苏后MHC类抗原表达的阳性率接近,经统计学分析兔关节软骨细胞的MHCⅠ类抗原表达在深低温冻存前后及冻存不同时间的差异无显著性。结论 深低温冻存对软骨细胞MHC类的抗原性无明显的影响,冻存时间的长短对软骨细胞MHC类的抗原性也无明显的影响。

    The effects of cryopreservation on MHC antigenicity of chondrocytes

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the antigenicity of chondrocytes after preservation in deep hypothermia.Methods By means of cell culture and flow cytometry we studied the effect of fluid nitrogen cryopreservation on the exˉpression of MHC antigen of chondrocytes.Results Expression rate of MHC antigen of noncryopreserved chondrocytes and that of cryopreserved chondrocytes was similar.There was no significant difference between cryopreserved and noncryˉopreserved chondrocytes.Conclusion This study proves that cryogenically preserved chondrocytes retain their antigeniciˉty.There were no obviously effects on their antigenicity using cryopreservation. ......
