【摘要】 热休克蛋白70(SHP70)是一组重要应激蛋白，它在肿瘤细胞特别是在恶性肿瘤胞中常有高水平表达，它能与癌基因、抑癌基因产物结合，具有抗肿瘤细胞凋亡作用。现认为HSP70参与肿瘤免疫应答过程，肿瘤组织中提取的HSP70-肽复合物具有肿瘤特异性免疫原性，可产生特异性抗肿瘤免疫效应，HSP70-肽复合物作为肿瘤疫苗具有很好的临床应用前景。关键词 热休克蛋白70 肿瘤 凋亡 肽类 免疫性

The connective progress in studies between heat shock protein70and tumor

【Abstract】 Heat shock protein70is a sort of important stress protein.It expresses highly in tumor cells，espeˉcially in malignant tumors.It can combine with cancer gene and anti-cancer gene，and has the effect to restrict the apoptosis anti-tumor cells.Nowadays，it is said that heat shock protein70takes part in the reaction process of tumor immunity.Heat shock protein70-peptide complexes refined from the tumor tissues have the specific immunogenicity of tumor，and can produce the specific anti-tumor immunity reaction.As a vaccine for tumor，heat shock protein70-peptide complexes have a good prospect in clinical use.
