【摘要】 目的 探讨高原缺氧对正常人体内ATP酶活性的影响。方法 测定75人进入高原36h及适应60天后ATP酶活性的变化。用定磷法测定红细胞中的ATP酶活性。结果 进入高原60天后比进入高原36h的ATP酶活性差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 高原缺氧环境对人体内的ATP酶活性有影响，并给机体适应高原带来负面效应。
