【摘要】 目的 探讨高原缺氧对正常人体内ATP酶活性的影响。方法 测定75人进入高原36h及适应60天后ATP酶活性的变化。用定磷法测定红细胞中的ATP酶活性。结果 进入高原60天后比进入高原36h的ATP酶活性差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 高原缺氧环境对人体内的ATP酶活性有影响,并给机体适应高原带来负面效应。关键词 ATP酶 高原 适应

【Abstract】 Objective Our aims were to investigate the effect of the anoxicplateau environment on ATPase activity and the adaptability of healthy human body.Methods We measured the ATPase activity samples of75healthy persons twice at ainterval of60days.The first measurementwas taken in the first36hours right after the samˉples entered into the anoxic plateau environment,and the second measurement was taken60days later when the samˉples had adapted the anoxic plateau environment.Then we contrasted the variations of ATPase activity which the two measurements revealed.The ATPase activity in erythrocytes was measured with AmmoniumMolybdate method.Results In the first36hours ......
