【摘要】 目的 了解牙槽嵴粘骨膜扩增对牙槽嵴增高长、短期效果的影响及其相关影响因素。方法 160只新西兰大耳白建立萎缩性牙槽嵴模型和卵巢切除模型，随机按照扩张模式和类型分成16组，分别采用常规Teflone进行粘骨膜扩张，并对各观察时段内牙槽骨骨组织和软组织的变化进行对比性研究。结果 牙槽嵴软硬组织的变化随着扩张强度和频率的增大而增大，各组间卵巢切除组各观察时段内变化均显著高于非切除组。结论 适宜的粘骨膜下扩张模式对于牙槽嵴顶组织存在较小的不利影响。
