【摘要】 目的 提高男性泌尿生殖系Paget’s病的诊治水平。方法 总结9例男性泌尿生殖系Paget’s病患者的临床资料。9例中7例为阴囊Paget’s病，2例为膀胱癌膀胱全切术后输尿管皮肤乳头Paget’s病。最常见的症状是皮肤瘙痒症。病变通常表现为皮肤色素过度沉着或色素沉着不足，也有的表现为溃疡和粘膜白斑症。结果 9例均选择手术治疗，手术切除范围距皮损处2cm。8例随访者中目前存活7例，术后存活时间为12个月～114个月。1例于术后13个月复发，仍采用手术治疗，效果良好。结论 Paget’s病早期进行组织活检可以明确诊断，保证必要的手术切除范围是控制无病灶残留和减少复发的前提。
