【摘要】 目的 探讨经腹小横切口子宫手术的优点。方法 对在本院因子宫良性疾患需手术治疗的180患者例行下腹小横切口施行手术并对手术方法及步骤进行改进，与同期内因子宫良性疾患需手术治疗的60例腹部正中纵切口进行分析比较及术后随访。结果 研究组与对照组比较:手术时间差异无显著性(P>0.05);术中总出血量两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);术后排气时间、切口愈合及术后随访腹壁瘢痕形成等方面两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 研究组手术需时短、术中出血少、术后排气早、术后病率低、切口愈合好、瘢痕形成小、无网膜及肠管粘连、患者痛苦小、住院时间短。
