【摘要】 目的 优选葛花中总黄酮的提取方法。方法 采用正交试验法，以提取物中总黄酮的含量为指标进行试验。结果 优选出从葛花中提取总黄酮的最佳方法为:用40倍量的50%乙醇在80℃浸提1.5h。结论 该方法提取总黄酮的含量较高，重现性好。

    【Abstract】 Objective To select the optimum extracting procedure for total flavone from Flos Puerariae.Methods The optimum extracting procedure was selected with the content of total flavone from Flos Puerariae by orˉthogonal test design.Results The optimum extracting procedure was determined with40times of50%ethanol exˉtracting1.5h at80℃.Conclusion The optimum extracting procedure can extract the total flavone in Flos Puerariae effectively with a good reproducibility.
