【摘要】 目的 观察凯妮汀用于经阴道术前念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法 选择念珠菌性阴道炎患者，同时需经阴道手术120例，应用凯妮汀治疗，观察用药后临床症状改善情况及实验室真菌检查结果。结果 凯妮汀治疗组治愈率58%，总有效率91%，与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 凯妮汀单剂量治疗念珠菌性阴道炎效果好，起效快。
