【摘要】 目的 介绍临床手术治疗髌骨骨折的体会，探讨常见类型的髌骨骨折较为合适的内固定方法。方法 回顾1988年10月～2003年10月运用镍钛聚髌器、AO张力带、钢丝环扎加镍钛聚髌器和钢丝环扎加张力带内固定治疗常见类型的髌骨骨折185例的体会及随访分析。结果 横断型骨折86例，其中镍钛聚髌器固定10例，AO张力带固定76例。髌骨下部粉碎骨折82例，其中镍钛聚髌器固定50例，AO张力带固定32例。全髌骨粉碎骨折17例，钢丝环扎加镍钛聚髌器固定5例，钢丝环扎加张力带固定12例。疗效满意，无切口感染、关节强直、创伤性关

    节炎等并发症的发生。结论 横断型髌骨骨折和髌骨下部粉碎骨折选用镍钛聚髌器或AO张力带固定。全髌粉碎骨折选用钢丝环扎加镍钛聚髌器固定或钢丝环扎加张力带固定。
