【摘要】 目的 宫颈糜烂与宫颈癌的发病密切相关，有效的治疗对预防宫颈癌具有重要的意义。方法 将145例经防癌涂片为Ⅰ级的宫颈糜烂患者随机分成两组，一组71例应用热光疗加用抗宫炎片治疗，另一组74例单纯用抗宫炎片治疗。结果 71例应用热光疗加抗宫炎片治疗组的疗效显著优于74例单纯应用抗宫炎片的对照组。并提示乳头型的宫颈糜烂单纯服药达不到预期的效果。结论 服用抗宫炎片联合热光治疗有效率明显提高，尤其适用于宫颈呈乳头型、重度颗粒型糜烂患者。
