【摘要】 目的 观察(BiPAP)呼吸机对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭(以下简称呼衰)的疗效。方法 将COPD合并Ⅱ型呼衰患者随机分成两组，常规治疗相同，对照组用鼻导管持续低流量吸氧，治疗组加用BiPAP呼吸机通气治疗，监测两组治疗前后血气、呼吸频率变化。结果 通气治疗后治疗纠PaCO 2 和呼吸频率显著降低。结论 BiPAP呼吸机治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼衰疗效显著。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect ofⅡ-respiratory failure from COPD by BiPAP respiraˉtor.Methods The patients of II-respiratory failure from COPD were divided into two groups at random.The control group got low bypass oxygen absorption continually by nasal tube.The treatment group got one more measure as ventiˉlation treatment by BiPAP respirator.Monitored the changes of arterial blood gas and breathing rate after treatment.Results The PaCO 2 and breathing rate of the treatment group were significantly decreased after ventilation treatment.Conclusion We can use BiPAP respirator to treatⅡ-respiratory failure from COPD and get outstanding curative efˉfect. ......
