【摘要】 目的 探讨抗病毒三号对免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 将60只NIH小鼠随机分六小组，三小组为一大组，以环磷酰胺注射NIH小鼠腹部制造免疫功能低下模型，同时以抗病毒三号治疗，并测定各组相关免疫指标。结果 抗病毒三号组的廓清指数、血清IL-2水平与模型组的比较，差异无显著性;抗病毒三号组血清IL-2水平与正常对照组相比较，差异无显著性。抗病毒三号组廓清指数与正常对照组相比，差异有显著性。结论 抗病毒三号能完全恢复机体的非特异性免疫功能，部分地恢复了特异性免疫功能。

    The study of influence of Antiviral Prescription No.3on the immunity of mice

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of Antiviral Prescription No.3on NIH mice with low immuniˉty.Methods 60mice were randomly divided into six groups and the animal models with low immunity were made by intraperitoneal cyclophosphamide.And Antiviral Prescription No.3initiated simultaneously.The relative immune inˉdices were measured ten days after treatment.Results Cleansing index and serum IL-2level were significantly difˉferent between Antiviral Prescription group and model group and the same to Cleansing index between antiviral preˉscription group and normal control.But the difference of serum IL-2level was not significant between Antiveral preˉscription group and normal control.Conclusion Antiviral Prescrirtion No.3can enhance nonspecific immunity entireˉly and specific immunity in part. ......
