【摘要】 目的 探讨寻常性痤疮患者血清性激素水平的变化。方法 测定42例寻常性痤疮患者血清睾酮和雌二醇水平。结果 男性患者雌二醇水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。女性患者血清睾酮水平显著高于对照组(P<0.001)，而血清雌二醇水平显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 性激素水平的异常表明寻常性痤疮患者存在内分泌紊乱。
