【摘要】 目的 探讨儿童异位性皮炎患儿血清ECP水平的测定。方法 用法玛西亚CAP ECP荧光酶标法测定30例儿童异位性皮炎和20名正常儿童血清嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平。结果 儿童异位性皮炎血清ECP值为(25.76±2.45)μg/L，正常对照组为(3.3±0.74)μg/L。患者组明显高于正常组(P<0.01)。结论 在异位性皮炎的发病过程中，ECP可能起着一定的作用。

    Determination of serum eosinophil cationic protein in patients with atopic dermatitis of children

    【Abstract】 Objective To determine the levels of serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)in the ohildren patients with atopic dermatitis.Methods Serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)was measured by pharmacia CAP ECP FEIA in30patients with atopic dermatitis and20normal controls.Results Serum ECP level was25.76±2.45μg/L in atopic dermatitis of children patient group and3.3±0.74μg/L in normal healthy individuals.The mean level of ECP in atopic dermatitis of children patient group was significantly higher than that in normal controls(P<0.01).Conclusion ECP may play an important role in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis of children. ......
