【摘要】 目的 探讨祛瘀生新、益气清热法治疗药物流产后阴道出血的作用机制。方法 将400例药流患者随机分为空白组100例，对照组(缩宫素)100例，祛膜合剂组200例。观察治疗后阴道出血时间、出血量及血β-HCG的变化。结果 发现祛膜合剂缩短药流后出血时间总有效率为91%，与对照组和空白组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)，还能有效减少出血量，其机制可能与降低血β-HCG水平有关。结论 运用祛瘀生新、益气清热的祛膜合剂治疗药流后阴道出血具有较好疗效，它能缩短药流后出血时间，减少出血量，以此法拟定的祛膜合剂具有安全高效、无毒副作用的特点。
