【摘要】 目的 探讨老年2型糖尿病患者血清转化生长因子(TGF-β)的水平变化及葛根素对其影响; 方法 测定老年2型糖尿病患者TGF-β水平变化与年龄、糖尿病病程、糖尿病肾病的相关性，葛根素治疗后，尿白蛋白的变化及血清TGF-β水平的变化; 结果 老年2型糖尿病患者TGF-β水平明显升高，并且和年龄、糖尿病病程、肾病相关(P<0.05)，葛根素治疗前后比较尿白蛋白排泄率明显降低，同时伴有血清TGF-β水平的降低; 结论 葛根素可降低血清TGF-β水平，减少尿白蛋白排泄率，可能与抑制非酶糖基化反应相关。
