【摘要】 目的 观察氟化钠对免疫功能的影响。 方法 通过体外实验，运用MTT比色法、免疫荧光技术、淋巴细胞转化试验等实验方法，检测白细胞介素2活性、淋巴细胞膜白细胞介素2受体含量及外周血淋巴细胞转化功能。 结果 当氟离子浓度达30PPM时，即可抑制白细胞介素2活性、淋巴细胞膜白细胞介素2受体表达及外周血淋巴细胞转化功能。 结论 提示氟化钠具有免疫毒性。
