【摘要】 目的 通过检查近视眼患者配戴不同镜片的对比敏感度，分析镜片减反射膜对视觉质量的影响。 方法 测量近视眼患者33例66眼分别配戴10种眼镜片前后的对比敏感度。 结果 减反射膜镜片的CSF3cyc/d值明显高于无膜者(P<0.05)，而对CSF6cyc/d、CSF12cyc/d、CSF18cyc/d无显著影响(P>0.05)。 结论 减反射膜镜片可提高近视眼的低频段对比敏感度，从而提高暗视下的视觉质量。
