【摘要】 目的 总结强脉冲光脱毛的应用经验。 方法 采用695～1200nm强脉冲光、个体化参数方案，进行唇部、发际、腋部、四肢等脱毛。 结果 426例患者经3～8次治疗，痊愈111例(26.1%)，显效192例(45.1%)，有效114例(26.8%)，无效9例(2.1%);共治疗2065例次，发生皮肤红斑、小水疱、色素沉着等不良反应85例次(4.1%)。 结论 强脉冲光脱毛技术是无创伤性、安全有效的脱毛方法;灵活选择个体化参数方案可显著提高疗效、预防不良反应的发生。
