【摘要】 目的 研究调心方对H 2 O 2 氧化损伤PC12细胞的保护作用。 方法 将培养的PC12细胞分为4组:正常对照组、模型组、调心方组和乙酰半胱氨酸组，实验从细胞存活率、SOD的活力、GSH和MDA的含量及iNOSmRNA的表达进行研究。 结果 调心方能提高细胞存活率、SOD的活力和GSH的含量，降低MDA的含量，下调iNOSmRNA的表达。 结论 调心方具有清除自由基，抑制脂质过氧化，提高细胞的抗氧化能力并可能减少NO的产生，对氧化损伤的细胞起到保护作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe protective effect of Tiao-Xin Prescription on PC12cell oxidation injury induced by H 2 O 2 .Methods PC12cells were divided into four groups:the normal，the control，the Tiao-Xin pre-scription，and the N-acetyl-cysteine.And the research was made on these aspects including cell-survival rate，SOD activity，the contents of GSH and MDA，and the expression of iNOSmRNA.Results Tiao-Xin prescription could in-crease the cell-survival rate，SOD activity and GSH contens，reduce the MDA contents，and down-regulate the ex-pression of iNOSmRNA.Conclusion Tiao-Xin prescription could remove free radicals ......
