【摘要】 目的 探讨不稳定型骨盆骨折的临床特征和手术治疗的效果。方法 我院自2000年2月～2002年2月，共收治19例经Tile分类确定为不稳定型骨盆骨折并行手术治疗，术中使用重建钢板14例，使用重建钢板联合拉力螺钉5例。结果 术后随访5～28个月，平均15.2个月，骨折愈合，患者满意，根据Mears的影像学评价标准，本组骨盆骨折解剖复位15例，复位满意4例。结论 手术复位，合理的内固定可有效复位固定骨折，矫正畸形，恢复骨盆的稳定性，减少后遗症的发生。
