【摘要】 目的 探讨微柱凝胶法在婴幼儿血型鉴定中的临床应用价值。 方法 采用微柱凝胶法和试管法对我院258例婴幼儿患者进行正反血型鉴定，并对其灵敏度及特异性进行比较。 结果 微柱凝胶法鉴定血型的灵敏度及特异性均高于试管法。 结论 采用微柱凝胶法鉴定血型其操作简单、快速、敏感、准确性好，是血型鉴定的好方法。关键词 微柱凝胶 婴幼儿 血型
