【摘要】 目的 探讨基层医院急性腹腔出血患者术中自血回输的临床实用价值。 方法 对59例急性腹腔出血患者术中行自血回输进行回顾性分析。 结果 本组59例，采用自血回输救治成功59例，治愈率100%，发生并发症4例(6.8%)。 结论 术中自血回输，可迅速纠正患者的失血量，并发症少，从挽救患者的生命角度出发，是一种切实可行的方法，有推广应用价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of autotransfusion during operation for treating acute abdominal-cavity-bleeding.Methods 59cases of acute abdominal-cavity-bleeding that treated with autotransfusion during operation were retrospectively analyzed.Results All cases were performed autotransfusion and had a healing rate of100%.4cases had some complications(6.8%).Conclusion Autotranfusion during operation could redress the blood lose of patient and has little complications.It is a practical method for saving the patient's life.
