【摘要】 目的 探讨医用创面封闭胶在肝胆外科手术中的应用方法。 方法 在1048例各类肝胆外科手术中，分别采用单纯创面封闭胶、创面封闭胶加明胶海绵、创面封闭胶加大网膜贴敷、创面封闭胶加浆膜贴敷用于术中粘接、止血、封闭、减张、防滑。 结果 1048例各类肝胆外科手术使用创面封闭胶后，减少了术后胆漏、出血、吻合口漏等并发症的发生，简化改进了手术方式，并且促进了一些新手术方式的诞生。 结论 创面封闭胶在外科手术中有着广泛的应用前景。
