【摘要】 目的 探讨膀胱造瘘对先天性尿道下裂修复术成败的影响。 方法 总结85例先天性尿道下裂患者的临床资料，比较膀胱造瘘组与未行膀胱造瘘组尿瘘的发生率。 结果 膀胱造瘘组与未行膀胱造瘘组的尿瘘发生率有显著性差异。 结论 膀胱造瘘明显有利于减少尿道成形术后尿瘘发生率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of cystostomy in improving the therapeutic efficacy of congenital hy-posdias repair.Methods Of85cases with congenital hyposdias were treated by urethroplasty combined with cystosto-my.32cases were only treated by urethroplasty.Results There was significant difference in the fistula rate between two groups.Conclusion Urethroplasty combined with cystostomy obviously contribute to decreasing the fistula rate.
