【摘要】 目的 探讨超声对微小异物嵌入伤的诊断价值。 方法 回顾性分析21例不同异物嵌入伤的声像图表现并与手术和病理结果相对照。 结果 声像图表现有5种类型，超声定位及定性诊断与手术、病理符合率为95%(19/20)。 结论 结合临床，超声对各种异物嵌入伤的诊断准确性高，是一种很好的诊断工具，有很高的临床实用价值。
