【摘要】 目的 自制配方西药，局部涂溃疡面上治疗口腔黏膜溃疡。 方法 用吐温、维生素B 12 、地塞米松、地卡因配方配制药物治疗78例溃疡患者。 结果 32例用药一次治愈，28例涂药4次治愈，18例涂药数次无效复发。 结论 降低口腔黏膜溃疡的复发率，增加溃疡面的自愈，使黏膜层组织血管神经收缩，炎症吸收，促进溃疡愈合。
