【摘要】 目的 探讨HOXA1基因A218G多态与中国汉族孤独症的易感性有无关联。方法入组38个孤独症核心家系，通过PCR-RFLP对A218G多态基因分型，并进行关联分析。结果 A等位基因的频率为0.912，G等位基因0.088，未发现G/G纯合子，A/G杂合子率为0.177。Hardy-Weinberg平衡检验示符合平衡原则，传递不平衡检验(TDT)显示A和G等位基因没有明显偏离的传递趋势。结论 本研究提示HOXA1基因与中国汉族孤独症的易感性无明显关联。
