【摘要】 目的 总结AF系统在治疗胸腰椎骨折时恢复椎体高度和椎管容积的作用及其优点。 方法 采用椎管减压，AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折30例，通过术前术后拍片、CT扫描、测量等方法，对比椎体前后高度和椎管容积的恢复情况。 结果 恢复椎体高度和椎管容积达90%以上，神经症状改善率100%。 结论 AF系统在胸腰椎骨折治疗中可有效地恢复椎体高度和椎管容积，解除脊髓受压，损伤小，恢复好。
