【摘要】 探讨人体运动神经调节的基本机制。本文从运动产生与调节的基本单位—脊髓运动神经元入手,分别对于神经反射的生理机制、分类与受损后的病态表现作了详细阐述,把运动调节的基础理论与临床实践相结合。本文着眼于将皮层通过神经传导、各种反射,最终达到对肌肉调节,实现随意运动的众多复杂理论进行综述,将其系统化,为临床诊断与治疗机体运动障碍提供新思路。关键词 运动神经元 运动单位 神经反射 随意运动
