【摘要】 目的 研究腹腔镜不同手术径路肾上腺切除的护理要点。 方法 手术前后对25例腹腔镜不同手术径路肾上腺切除的患者实施相应的护理措施。 结果 25例均获成功，患者一般术后24～48h能下床活动，平均住院天数5.3天。无手术并发症，术后随访1～12个月无异常。 结论 根据疾病的特点及腹腔镜不同手术径路，实施相应的健康知识宣教、心理护理、术前准备及术后不同的观察护理重点是手术成功的重要保证。

    The nursing study of patients underwent laparoscopic adrenalectomy with different operational route
