【摘要】 目的 探讨小切口阑尾切除术的手术适应证及手术效果。 方法 回顾分析1998年1月～2003年1月小切口切除阑尾388例。 结果 手术效果满意，随访1年6个月均无近远期并发症。 结论 通过小切口切除阑尾创伤小，恢复快，不失为一种微创技术。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the indication and effect of appendectomy via mini-cut.Methods Clinical data of388cases hospitalized during the time from Jan.1991to Jan.2003were analyzed retrospectively and reviewed.Results All patients had been followed up for1.5years with satisfactory effect without recent or long-term complications.Conclusion Treatment of appendectomy via mini-cut has good curative effect with microlesion. The recover after operation is quick.It could be considered to be another technique with microlesion.
