【摘要】 目的 评价高频电波刀行电圈切除术(LEEP)治疗宫颈病变中的临床应用价值。 方法 回顾性分析我院253例LEEP治疗宫颈病变的临床资料。所有病例均在宫颈病变外缘5mm进出电极，均行宫颈涂片、阴道镜下多点活检和LEEP术后病理诊断，同时观察手术时间、手术出血量及术后疗效。 结果 LEEP手术治疗宫颈疾病一次成功率为98.02%(248/253)，平均手术时间6.2min，出血量5.6ml，无继发性出血和感染的发生，手术标本经病理学检查明确诊断。 结论 LEEP治疗各类宫颈疾病操作简单，安全，省时，出血少，术后阴道排液少，治疗效果佳，且可提供完整的病理标本，对宫颈微小浸润癌和原位癌的早期诊断价值高。
