【摘要】 目的 探讨嗅神经母细胞瘤的临床表现、诊断以及治疗。 方法 根据收治病例及文献报道分析嗅神经母细胞瘤各种治疗手段的意义。 结果 治疗后3个月复查MRI，效果较好，未见肿瘤复发。 结论 嗅神经母细胞瘤的诊断主要依靠影像学和病理检查，治疗上则根据不同分期采用不同的原则。
