【摘要】 目的 评价碘酚经窦道注入治疗后磨牙窦道型根尖周炎的临床疗效。 方法 从2002年1月～2003年12月在本院门诊诊断为窦道型根尖周炎的后磨牙158牙，随机分为两组:采用碘酚经窦道注入及碘仿根管封药治疗106牙为治疗组，采用传统的“樟脑酚(CP)+甲醛甲酚(FC)”治疗52牙为对照组，两组最终均作根管充填。 结果 治疗组痊愈96牙，好转6牙，总有效率96.23%，对照组痊愈24牙，好转16牙，总有效率76.92%。采用Ridit检验差异有非常显著性(U=8.49，P<0.01)。 结论 碘酚经窦道注入加根充治疗后磨牙窦道型根尖周炎疗效满意，有临床推广价值。
