【摘要】 目的 加强对神经性厌食症的认识，提高对该病的诊治水平。 方法 通过对1例典型病例的诊断、营养评价和分阶段营养治疗，由肠外营养逐渐过渡到肠内营养，最后进普食，同时配合行为和心理治疗。 结果 经过33天的营养支持，患者体重由28kg增加到33kg，由严重混合型营养不良，改善为轻-中度营养不良，出院继续治疗，随访1年，患者一般情况良好。 结论 提高对该病的认识有助于早期诊断，合理的营养治疗并辅以行为治疗，是有效的治疗方法。

    Diagnosis and nutritional treatment of anorexia nervosa
