【摘要】 报告1例早期先天梅毒。患儿女，58天。颈，耳后，肛周，腋下皮肤皱褶处起暗红色扁平丘疹2例。患儿快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验(RPR)阳性(1:64);母亲阳性(1:16);父亲阴性。患儿及母亲梅毒微粒凝集试验(TPPA)均阳性，父亲阴性。给予普鲁卡因青霉素25万U每天，连续用药15天，全身皮疹完全消退。【关键词】 梅毒 先天 早期

【Abstract】 A58-day-old neonate with early congenital syphilis was reported.The child had scarly erythema on the neck and extremities for two weeks.The RPR and TPHA tests were positive for the neonate and her mother.The lesions disappeared completely after treated with procain-penicillin for15days.
