【摘要】 目的 探讨涤纶带治疗完全性肩锁关节脱位的效果。 方法 通过医用涤纶带环绕锁骨及喙突替代断裂喙锁韧带复位肩锁关节。 结果 36例均随访5年以上，按照肩关节功能及X线评定标准，优良率为100%。 结论 该方法符合生物力学概念，固定可靠，操作简单，取材方便，功能恢复快，且医用涤纶带有较好的生物相容性，植入后对人体无不良反应，是一种比较理想的内固定材料。
