【摘要】 目的 分析经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后排尿困难产生的原因，减少该类并发症的发生，并探讨相应的预防和治疗措施。 方法 对36例TURP术后排尿困难的病人分别采用尿道扩张、Otis刀切开、直视下尿道内切开、重新TURP、膀胱颈切开、腔内碎石、间歇性清洁自家导尿及药物治疗。 结果 所有病人排尿困难的症状均明显改善，无尿失禁等严重并发症。 结论 排尿困难是TURP术后的常见并发症，可采取防范措施，微创处理安全有效。
