【摘要】 目的 观察RF椎弓根螺钉系统联合应用脊柱融合螺纹骨笼治疗脊椎滑脱症的临床效果。 方法 应用RF椎弓根螺钉系统和脊柱融合螺纹骨笼治疗脊椎滑脱症32例，观察其复位效果和临床症状的缓解状况，并与37例应用Stef-fee钢板复位固定后路植骨融合的病例进行比较。 结果 本组32例患者，有26例完全复位，6例部分复位，全部病例随访6～30个月，疗效满意，完全复位率及临床症状缓解率均显著高于Steffee钢板固定后路植骨融合术的病例。 结论 RF系统和骨笼联合应用治疗脊椎滑脱症，符合生物力学固定融合，是比较理想的治疗方法之一，并且椎间植骨融合是进一步减少远期并发症的重要方法。
