【摘要】 目的 总结近年来白色念珠菌细胞壁β-葡聚糖的研究进展。

    方法 查阅近年来国内外有关文献资料。

    结果 白色念珠菌细胞壁β-葡聚糖具有广泛的生物学活性，如升高白细胞、抗肿瘤等，同时又具有多种免疫药理作用，能够调节多种细胞因子如IL-1、TNF等的合成。

    结论 白色念珠菌细胞壁β-葡聚糖是一类很有开发前途的新药。

    【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the study and evolvement onβ-glucan puried from cell wall of Candida albicans recently.Methods Refer to the literature and information of domestic and foreign country.Results β-glu-can puried from cell wall of Candida albicans has the extensive biological active，just as eukocytopoiesis-promoting in the leukopenia mice and resisting tumour etc，in addition，it has some immunopharmacology and modulate multi cy-tokines level such as IL-1、TNF etc.Conclusion β-glucan puried from cell wall of Candida albicans is a new drug which has hopeful exploitation.
