【摘要】 目的 评价辣椒碱软膏治疗关节痛的疗效和安全性。 方法 135例患者(包括类风湿关节炎、骨关节炎)，随机分为治疗组68例和对照组67例，分别应用辣椒碱软膏和扶他林乳胶剂外涂，疗程一周。 结果 经治疗后，两组患者在关节疼痛、压痛和活动痛方面均有比较显著的改善(P<0.001)，总有效率治疗组为75.00%，对照组68.66%(P>0.05)。与对照组相比，治疗组起效更快(P<0.05)。在安全性上，治疗组和对照组各有2例出现轻至中度局部皮肤烧灼感，但停药后症状均缓解。 结论 辣椒碱软膏与扶他林乳胶剂有类似的止痛效果及安全性，但前者起效更加迅速。

    The efficacy and safety of topical capsaicin in treatment of arthralgia

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical capsaicin cream in treatment of arthral-gia.Methods 135patients with OA or RA were randomly divided to receive0.025%capsaicin cream(n=68)or1%diclofenac diethyl ammonium emulsion(n=67)for1week.Results The degree of arthralgia(VAS)，tenderness and arthralgia while moving in both groups were obviously improved.The capsaicin cream group seemed to take effect more quickly.The tolerance of both groups was good.Conclusion Capsaicin cream is as effective as diclofenac di-ethyl ammonium emulsion in treatment of arthralgia ......
