【摘要】 目的 探讨凯时注射液(前列地尔注射液)对急性脑梗塞患者血液流变学及甲襞微循环的影响。方法 将80例脑梗塞患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组予以凯时注射液，对照组予以复方丹参、低分子右旋糖酐治疗。于治疗前后分别测定血液流变学及甲襞微循环的各项指标。 结果 治疗组(凯时注射液组)血液流变学及微循环各项指标明显改善。 结论 凯时注射液能有效改善脑梗塞患者血液流变学异常及微循环障碍。
