【摘要】 目的 探索本地区癫痫患者临床与脑电图结果的规律性。 方法 对连续6年1780例确诊和疑诊癫痫病例的临床与EEG检查结果及异常EEG分布情况进行综合分析与统计研究。 结果 临床确诊癫痫组异常EEG总发生率(83.98%)与疑诊组(34.66%)有极显著差异，临床各型之间经统计处理亦有不同程度的差异。 结论 EEG对临床诊断和判断癫痫具有较高的实用价值，对探索本地区癫痫诊断和防治规律有一定参考价值。
